You can find Elevate Health and Fitness on the Gold Coast, operating out of a private studio and offering mobile Personal Training.

​​Scott currently operates private 1:1 PT sessions out of his own private gym in Elanora on the Gold Coast. The gym contains a commercial grade Rack, Olympic plates, dumbbells, a functional cable machine, Spin bike, rower and more. ​The first step is to meet with Scott to discuss what it is you want to achieve. Scott has a range of proven methods and is skilled and experienced in a variety of  training options that can target your specific goals, just check out the before and after photos of his previous and current clients.

​If you want to work 1 on 1 with Scott, he will spend time getting to know your current lifestyle and what is practical for you in order to develop a personalised and realistic fitness program that is simple and effective.  He will provide the support and guidance you need to get you where you want to be. 


Depending on what you want to achieve, he may need to look at what you are eating and determine if you are getting the right type and amount of nutrition needed.  Scott can also advise you about rest and recovery..


Together, you and Scott will regularly monitor your progress and evaluate where you are at.  As you reach your goals, you may want to try new things and take it to the next level or learn how to maintain the gains you have made - it's up to you.
